报告人简介：Tuvi Etzion教授是以色列理工学院计算机科学系教授，研究领域涉信息科学、编码理论、组合学等，是国际重要学术期刊《Journal of Combinatorial Theory Series A》主编，《IEEE Transactions on Information Theory》，《Designs, Codes, and Cryptography》，《Advances of Mathematics in Communications》，《Journal of Combinatorial Designs》编委。
